Meet Kathy Anglin CNE

Kathy Anglin is a fourth-generation Texan. Born and raised in Houston, she moved to Austin in the summer of 1984, amidst the oil and real estate crash. Compared to today, she says, Austin was a sleepy little town with a population of about 450,000. As she recalls, there was not one traffic light from Oak Hill to Llano.

After living in Austin for ten years, however, she saw growth starting to occur, and she wanted to be a part of it. Acquiring her real estate license in 1995 was the beginning of fulfilling a dream. Kathy has a genuine passion for the waterfront areas of Austin and surrounding Highland Lakes, including Lake Austin, Lake Travis, and Lake LBJ. She knows Lake Travis particularly well, from shoreline to shoreline and every cove in between. With over 30 years of experience in real estate, Kathy has sold almost every type of property.
